The Bank of America (BofA) added 3,000 more jobs in India whilst the pandemic. According to BofA country head for India Kaku Nakhate, the pandemic opened an opportunity to take leadership roles with the absence of business continuity plans (BCP) prepared for a situation where the entire world gets locked down. She underscored how Indians can thrive in chaos, pointed out how this is the first time that everyone globally had to thrive in chaos, and this is how India outshone the world.
