Mysore is deemed as an “emerging market for technology companies,” aligning with the growth and development that GlowTouch foresees for its future. GlowTouch also expects to gain recruits from Mysore’s various universities who would further contribute to the company’s current set of diverse skillsets among employees. This new contact center in Mysore only serves as the beginning for other expansion plans for GlowTouch into the US and the Dominican Republic.
