Bangladesh is eyeing to challenge Vietnam’s reputation of being ranked highest in terms of global outsourcing software services, making it a top choice for Japanese companies looking for outsourced development services. Bangladesh is slowly living up to the same status as Vietnam regarding engineering quality and skills while also arguably having more to offer when it comes to more advanced technology. Among other goals set, Bangladesh is also hoping to leverage their young talent pool for the predicted shortage of engineers in the Japanese market by 2025.
