Information Services Group’s (ISG) report shows investments on cloud-based services rose to 85% of the Asia Pacific technology and business services market in Q1. This growth is attributed to the increase in demand for IaaS and SaaS services which reached double digits despite the drop in the demand for traditional managed services. The annual contract value (ACV) of IT outsourcing (ITO) decreased by 36%, to $282 million, while business processing outsourcing (BPO) increased by 29%, to $108 million.
