The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) shared its goal to promote the Philippines’ business process outsourcing (BPO) industry in Australia through a webinar scheduled on 25 September 2020.
The webinar will be hosted by the Export Marketing Bureau (DTI-EMB) and the Philippine Trade and Investment Center in Sydney. It will highlight the capabilities of the Philippine IT-business process management (IT-BPO) industry to deliver services to the Australian market.
It will also talk about the initiatives in maintaining the industry’s resiliency and readiness for business during the coronavirus pandemic.
Among the IT services that will be promoted during the webinar are finance and accounting, software development, engineering services, and creative services.
