The Philippines continuous to struggle to contain and lessen COVID-19 cases from the new Delta variant. Province or city-wide quarantine restrictions have been set in place in the past as an attempt to do so, but this time the government is looking at granular lockdowns instead where restrictions are limited to a smaller location such as a building, street, or barangay.
