Information Services Group (ISG) found in its latest state-of-the-industry report that the combined global market’s 2020 Q4 annual contract value (ACV) reached $16 billion. This is an increase by 13% versus the previous year and 9% versus Q3. Among the highlights are IT Outsourcing (ITO) growth by 14% with $5.7 billion ACV and cloud-based services’ 24% with $8.8 billion. The Asia Pacific generated $2.6 billion in combined-market ACV which is a 35% increase compared to 2019. The ISG Index measures commercial outsourcing contracts with ACV of $5 million and up.
