Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia states how herd immunity could be attained by making vaccines more accessible to the community. Several BPO companies such as Transcom and PanAsiatic Solutions were able to get their employees vaccinated, leading to a total of 4,324 employees gaining an extra layer of protection from the virus.
