The Singapore government may release details of plans on how to take the country to the third phase of reopening its economy. This was announced in a press briefing by Education Minister Lawrence Wong, one of the co-chairs of the governmental task force fighting COVID-19.
The plan includes relaxing border control measures, and the allowed number of people who can gather in activities such as dining out, home visits, or at places of worship.
Currently, Singapore is in Phase Two of its gradual reopening. Phase One was implemented in June after the circuit breaker in April to May were lifted, and some social and business activities had been allowed to resume.
