According to a survey conducted by on-demand cloud communications firm Ozonetel, 27% of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies will permanently shift to work-from-home models post-pandemic. 55% of call center are allowing their employees to opt for work from home solutions, while 16% are still requiring work from home and not opening offices. The survey also found that an equal amount, 27%, of BPO companies still wants to switch back to offices.
