The Philippines ranked 48th out of 63 economies in the World Talent Ranking 2020 of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Switzerland. The report evaluated human capital in 63 economies in terms of development, attraction, and retention. The Philippines is 31st in terms of readiness and 33rd in terms of appeal. Looking at a regional level, the country ranked behind Indonesia (45th) but ahead of India (62nd) and Mongolia (63rd).
