With the goal of limiting the spread of the Covid-19 virus in physical workspaces, new work protocols which should be strictly followed by employers were implemented by the Department of Health (DOH) including guidelines for face mask usage and area ventilation. The Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) reports to have received complaints from the BPO industry about establishments not following the said protocols.
