India’s Hinduja Global Solution, the BPO arm of Hinduja Group, reported 5.6% increase in its consolidated net profit in the December 2020 quarter despite the pandemic. The company did well in most of its business segments including Healthcare, UK, and HGS digital. The growth has been driven by healthcare business and its operations in UK. HGS had 244 core BPO clients and 704 HRO & payroll processing clients by the end of last year.
